Blues Masterclass

This class will be a hybrid of both the Blues Lead Guitar and the Blues Band class. This class will have an emphasis on phrasing. For all instruments there will be the analysis of space and dynamics in music. Songs covered in the Blues Lead Guitar Class will be put into practice in a band setting. The class will be part lecture and part lab. Students will have a lot of listening material and will have to implement and interpret what they listen to. There will periodically be guest musicians and speakers.
